It\u2019s easy to overcomplicate things, especially with a blank slate.<\/p>\n

But making things too complicated often leads to a significant drop off in usage after the first few weeks. The simpler something is, the more likely you are to continue using it after the newness has worn off.<\/p>\n

Because of that, my favorite Notion goal tracking template is incredibly simple.<\/p>\n
